i do not offer pedicures! sorry for any inconvenience ♡
general policy
♡ i will not work over heavily damaged nails. if you have any questions, send me a photo!
♡ i will not do nail extension services to people under 13 years old.
♡ no guests, i do not have room at the moment.
♡ i have animals and am constantly covered in animal hair so please keep this in mind if you have allergies!
♡ if you would prefer a quiet appointment, please let me know beforehand!
♡ please keep your hands on the table during the appointment. do not touch your face, hands, hair, or nails for the duration of the appointment! this can affect the longevity of your nails.
deposits
♡ i require a $20 non- refundable deposit to book.
♡ deposits are transferrable if notified 48h before the appointment.
late policy
♡ if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and a 50% fee may occur.
♡ if i am still able to fit you in, there will be an additional fee of $20.
cancellation/no show
♡ please notify of a cancellation within 48h of the appointment or there will be a 50% cancellation fee.
♡ you can reschedule once for free, afterwards it will be $10 per reschedule.
♡ no call no shows will not be allowed to book again. additionally, they will be charged 100% of the service fee.
